Geoff
McKinnon
Geoff McKinnon is the general manager
of GPA and senior instrument/electrical engineer with
26 years experience in a variety of industries.
Having completed his bachelor of technology in Electronic
engineering in 1974, Geoff has spent the last 14 years
responsible for the electrical and instrumentation
side of GPA. These activities include detailed instrument
and electrical design, project management, custody
transfer metering of oil and gas, specialist software
applications and PLC and PC selection, application
and programming.
Geoff was key developer of GPA's quality assurance
and occupational health and safety prorgrams and is
currently the OH & S officer.

Alf Sanzo
Alf Sanzo is a Director
of GPA Engineering and the Principal Process Control/Instrument
Engineer with seventeen years experience in the Oil
and Gas Production, Mineral Processing and Manufacturing
Industries. During this time Alf has gained experience
in all aspects of process control, data acquisition
and project management with a particular emphasis
towards the application and programming of distributed
control systems, programmable logic controllers and
computer based design tools.
In recent years Alf
has project managed several major upgrade projects
and is a section leader within GPA specialising in
risk assessment and the implementation of safety-related
control systems. Alf has also provided training to
companies in Risk Management, The Practical Application
of IEC 61508, and HAZOP/CHAZOP hazard analysis techniques.

John Elliott
John Elliott is an
electrical engineer with eight years experience in
the Oil and Gas, Water, Manufacturing and Refining
industries. Mr. Elliott has experience in the specification
and programming of SCADA systems, programmable logic
controllers and PC based operator interfaces such
as Intellution FIX, Citect and WonderWare. He also
has an in-depth understanding of a range of computer
operating systems such as Windows NT with experience
in the configuration and networking of such systems.
This knowledge is further enhanced by his experience
with Windows based programming languages such as Visual
Basic and databases such as Access and SQL Server.
John is an experienced project Manager in the oil,
gas water and mining arenas with his most recent role
as Project Manager for Phase 2 of the SA Water SCADA
upgrade project.

Johnston
David Johnston is a
senior electrical engineer with 15 years experience
in control system design specification and commissioning,
mainly in manufacturing industries.
David is the lead electrical/instrumentation
engineer in the Nyrstar alliance with Worley that provides these services to the Port Pirie
smelter.

Andrew
Ursini
Andrew is a Director
of GPA Engineering and brings over 20 years experience
in the Oil and Gas Production, Mineral Processing
and Manufacturing Industries.
Andrew also provides training to
companies in Risk Management, The Practical Application
of IEC 61508, and HAZOP/CHAZOP hazard analysis techniques.

Tony Williams
Tony is the Principal Project Engineer
and Project Manager for GPA with eighteen years experience
in the Oil and Gas and Mineral Processing Industries.
During this time Tony has gained experience in all
aspects of Engineering design, cost estimation, risk
assessment, process control, SCADA and project management
with particular emphasis on high pressure oil and
gas pipeline systems, and their design, operation,
maintenance and control.
Most recently he has acted as Engineering
Manager for the SEAGas Pipeline Project and he has
engineered and directed several major facility upgrade
projects, including SCADA and Microwave system replacements,
Gas turbine compressor refits, environmental upgrades,
risk management studies, and the design and construction
of new pipelines, laterals, gas turbine and reciprocating
compression facilities, along with metering and other
facilities.
