Phil Morrell

Phil Morrell is a principal design engineer of GPA Engineering and a Project Manager with over thirty years experience in the oil and gas, chemical plant and refining industries. Most recently Mr. Morrell has been responsible for the Engineering and Contractor Management for the SEAGas Pipeline Project and has been responsible for project and design management of gas processing and pipeline facilities in S.A., gas compression projects in W.A, NZ and N.T, liquids handling facilities in the Surat Basin and other mechanical engineering and plant processing projects.

Other recent experience has centred on the project management of onshore (remote site) oil and gas developments in the Cooper Eromanga Basin of South-west Queensland, contracts administration and superintending of major energy industry developments.

Tony Williams

Tony is the Principal Project Engineer and Project Manager for GPA with eighteen years experience in the Oil and Gas and Mineral Processing Industries. During this time Tony has gained experience in all aspects of Engineering design, cost estimation, risk assessment, process control, SCADA and project management with particular emphasis on high pressure oil and gas pipeline systems, and their design, operation, maintenance and control.

Most recently he has acted as Engineering Manager for the SEAGas Pipeline Project and he has engineered and directed several major facility upgrade projects, including SCADA and Microwave system replacements, Gas turbine compressor refits, environmental upgrades, risk management studies, and the design and construction of new pipelines, laterals, gas turbine and reciprocating compression facilities, along with metering and other facilities.
