Dingo Gas Field Development

The Central Petroleum Dingo Gas Field is located South of Alice Springs.

GPA designed a new city gate gas treatment station at Brewer Estate utilising the JT low temperature separation process to treat raw gas delivered from the Dingo wellheads.

The project scope included wellheads, wellhead flowlines, a raw gas pipeline using both spoolable composite pipeline materials and carbon steel, sales gas pipeline, and a complete stand alone Gas Processing Facility.

The Gas Processing Facility included inlet facilities, low temperature separation, methanol dosing, compression, sales gas metering, condensate storage, flare and condensate load out.  Communications with the wellhead facilities and customers was via optical fibre.

The development was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

Silver Springs Gas Storage

The gas storage facility utilises the depleted Silver Springs/ Renlim reservoir which is located in the Bowen Surat Basin in central Queensland

GPA provided mechanical and instrument / electrical site supervisors to supplement the constructor's site team plus technical support of procurement (prefabricated piping, instruments etc.) including datasheet mark-ups, liaison with suppliers and technical clarification of requirements. GPA provided specialty pipeline engineering services, package engineering, QA/MDR collation, and hydro-test engineering. The project included gas injection withdrawal wellheads, piping, gas heating, dehydration, flares and control systems.
