Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment (QHSE)
GPA has been continuously accredited to AS/ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems since 1997.
The Company’s ISO9001 Management System has been tailored and continuously updated to provide GPA with the best possible tool to ensure quality outcomes under all operating circumstances.
Following an external audit in 2007 the ECAAS lead auditor (Senior Assessor 007291) offered this opinion in his report. 'It is the opinion of the auditor that in terms of quality management systems, GPA would not only rank amongst best practice within the engineering industry but across all industries.'
In 2009 the Company elected to seek accreditation to AS/NZS 4801:2001, Occupational health and safety management systems, and ISO 14001:2004, Environmental management systems and both of these accreditations were achieved early in 2010.
The GPA QHSE system is fully on-line and integrated into the Company’s business operating system, the GPA Console. This integration allows every staff member full online access to not only all the QHSE policies and procedures but also real time QHSE performance statistics.
GPA supports the Institute of Engineers Australia and is a Corporate member of the Australian Pipeline Industry Association.
