What will you bring to the team?
As an Electrical Power Engineer at GPA, you must share our passion for innovation and sustainability. You will be degree qualified and have 2-10 years practical experience in electrical engineering with knowledge of power systems theory relating to electricity transmission, distribution & generation and associated control & protection principals. Heavy industry experience is required and demonstrable use in some of the following electrical design tools will support your success in this role: PowerCAD, ETap, SKM, PSSE, Matlab, Simulink, Groundmat or CDEGS.
In addition to the above you will be willing to travel to various sites as required, be able to obtain necessary high level security clearances and be working towards your Chartered Engineer status through Engineers Australia, if not already achieved.
