Our strength in process design and optimisation is due to our strong affiliation with operations and production, and our ability to work with client operation and maintenance teams, to define problems and identify solutions.

We perform facility process modelling to provide: sizing, debottlenecking, optimisation, heat recovery and efficiency improvements for gas, liquids and multiphase systems.

GPA process risk assessments also use static and dynamic simulation of the process to ensure the viability, stability, and safety of the system. We use a combination of in-house tools and Aspen HYSYS. Dispersion analysis for flammable gases is modelled using Phast to ensure hazardous area classifications.
