David is a Controls and SCADA system design engineer with 30 years of experience in areas of embedded software development, communications systems, client/server solution design, process control system design, SCADA and telemetry system design and development. David’s early career exposure to remote data logging, software development and communications systems has been extended in his time at GPA to include the design, development, delivery, management and support of enterprise solutions for critical infrastructure clients.

David is GPA’s Water Industry Manager, which includes the management of key infrastructure client relationships, and oversight of Water Industry project delivery. This role includes oversight of a team of engineers and technical specialists in the delivery of Communications Systems, Software, SCADA, Control System and Electrical Engineering Services to clients.

David is also responsible for GPA’s Digital Technologies team, inclusive of OT Cybersecurity, IIoT and data analytics solutions.
