Graduate Program
GPA’s Graduate Program is designed to ease graduates into the workplace and give them the skills necessary to become part of the larger team. The GPA Graduate Program is a three-year, full-time, in-service program, aimed to develop technical, safety and soft skills through a variety of structured and on the job learning opportunities. GPA’s Graduate Program is open to engineering graduates, Australia-wide.

- Opportunity to work for high profile clients that are leaders in Australian industry
- Opportunities for on-site visits to extend project knowledge and experience
Undergraduate Program
GPA’s Undergraduate Program is open to students, Australia-wide, who are studying in their penultimate year. The program is offered across all engineering disciplines. The program can be tailored to meet individual university course requirements.
Undergraduate students will have the opportunity to work on business-relevant projects, develop their skill set, get familiar with latest design software, and gain industry experience, while completing their qualifications. They will also develop contacts through on-the-job networking and have access to a wide scope of GPA senior staff.
The GPA Undergraduate Program provides students with a pathway to attain graduate positions upon completion of their degree.
