When you register for or participate in our Microsoft Teams webinars or meetings, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and participation data. This information is used solely to manage the event, communicate with you, and improve our services.

Some sessions may be recorded, including video, audio, chat, and shared content. You’ll be notified if recording is active, and by participating, you consent to it.

We do not sell your data. Information may be shared with trusted service providers or disclosed if required by law. We take reasonable steps to secure your data and ensure it is handled in compliance with the Privacy Act.
