Amilcar is a highly experienced Civil/Structural Engineer with experience in structural and civil design within a broad range of industries. Amilcar has also extensive experience in evaluating, assessing, and undertaking structural integrity reviews of existing structures. As part of the engineering work, Amilcar has dedicated a considerable time dealing and managing projects related to Material Handling within the Grain and Mining industries across Australia.

Amilcar’s extensive experience sees him fill the role of Industry Manager for Ports & Material Handling where his role includes defining business strategies, business development and coordinating allocation and training of resources to grow this industry and related capabilities within GPA and to ensure GPA is prepared to provide engineering services efficiently for projects within this industry.
