Acting as a independent technical representative, we provide end‑to‑end engineering oversight and assurance from early concept and feasibility through FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning and transition to operations. Our role is to protect our clients’ interests by ensuring technical integrity, regulatory compliance, safety, quality and value for money at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Our Owner’s Engineering capability combines multidisciplinary technical expertise with strong project governance, risk management and stakeholder coordination. GPA routinely undertakes design and constructability reviews, HAZOP and Safety‑in‑Design workshops, contractor and vendor document reviews, procurement and contract support, factory and site acceptance testing, and commissioning oversight.
