Middleton Gas Field Development

The Middleton Development project included the construction of 50km of sales pipelines to connect to the Moomba gathering system in the Cooper Basin.

GPA provided the following:

• FEED
• detailed design
• procurement
• tender of construction works
• tender review and award
• contract administration
• construction management and commissioning.

We assisted in the development of operational documentation, procedures, training, and systems.

In the second stage of the development, GPA provided FEED and detailed design for the installation of two reciprocating compressor packages and support skids for the Middleton gas facility to maintain gas deliverability when well pressures began to decline.

GPA produced a Field Development Plan for the sizing, selection and specification of gas compression through to detailed design and commissioning.
