Dingo Gas Field Development and Gas Processing Facility
The Dingo Gas Field is located South of Alice Springs. GPA designed a new city gate gas treatment station at Brewer Estate utilising JT low temperature separation process to treat raw gas delivered from the Dingo wellheads.
The project scope proceeded through concept design, FEED, multidiscipline design, procurement, implementation and commissioning of wellheads, wellhead flowlines, a high pressure raw gas pipeline using both spoolable composite and carbon steel pipeline materials, a high pressure sales gas pipeline, and a complete stand-alone Gas Processing Facility.
The Gas Processing Facility included was an integrated plant containing pipeline inlet facilities, low temperature separation, methanol dosing, gas compression, sales gas metering, condensate storage, flare and condensate load out. Data Communications with the wellhead facilities and customers was via optical fibre.
Project scope included wellhead flowlines, a raw gas Pipeline using both spoolable composite pipeline materials and carbon steel as well as a Gas Processing Facility. The Gas Processing Facility includes inlet facilities, low temperature separation, methanol dosing, compression, sales gas metering, hydrocarbon liquids storage and load out.
GPA also managed the specification and procurement of general infrastructure.
The project demonstrated GPA’s ability and willingness to integrate with a client driven EPCM team to achieve low cost project delivery.
GPA completed concept design, FEED, multidiscipline design, procurement, implementation and commissioning at the Dingo Gas Processing Facility.
